    how to send a screen shot of your error message that you saw to anyone via e-mail  
0.   PRINT THIS PAGE OUT if you can so you can easily refer to it.  
1.   Get the Error on monitor. DO NOT HIT OK as you want the other person to see the error message  

PRESS the following keys on your keyboard.


3.   By hitting that keyboard combination, a copy of your ENTIRE monitor is now on you clipboard. You can't see it right now, but it's there, OK?  
4.   You can now paste that image in almost in any document you bring up by opening a NEW document or file and then hitting on your keyboard

          Edit -> Paste on the menu commands:
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Paint (Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Paint)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Macromedia Fireworks
  • Macromedia Freehand
5.   Save the Document or File to a familiar location.  
6.   Send the e-mail with the attached file or document you just saved.
OPTIONAL: You can also Zip it up as well to make it smaller when you send
