Get the Error on monitor. DO NOT HIT OK as you
want the other person to see the error message |

|
|
|

PRESS the following keys
on your keyboard.
[SHIFT]-[PRINT SCRN]
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
By hitting that keyboard
combination, a copy of your ENTIRE monitor is now
on you clipboard. You can't see it right now, but
it's there, OK? |

|
|
|
|
4. |
|
You can now paste that image
in almost in any document you bring up by opening
a NEW document or file and then
hitting on your keyboard
[CONTROL]-[V]
or
Edit -> Paste
on the menu commands:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft
Paint (Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Paint)
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Macromedia Fireworks
- Macromedia Freehand

Save the Document or File
to a familiar location. |

Send the e-mail with the
attached file or document you just saved.

also Zip it up as well to make it smaller when
